One of the best options in town

Great location. This is my 2nd stay there. Breakfast is buffet style with local panamenian breakfast option (eggs, hojaldra, tortillas, meat, sausages, etc). Room is big, good bed, comfy. It is well maintained and the staff is super friendly.

Would have loved a bit more light in the room for the night. But overall nothing that doesn't want me to go back again.

Breakfast was nice. Easy parking of the car. Very friendly staff.

It was sufficient.

The breakfast was good, some items were a little overdone and it was challenging to figure out how to order. We expected a buffet, but it turned out that some items were buffet style, but the main breakfast was to order from options given by waitress (she did a great job trying to explain and repeat what there was for the main entree). There are people constantly cleaning and ensuring the facilities are spotless.

The pool hours didn't work for our group. The facilities look like they could use more "tlc", like the bathrooms and the air conditioner units in the bedrooms.

Generally enjoyable, not a patch on Plaza Paitilla in Panama

Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Pleasant reception area. Comfortable and large bed. Pool attractive area with sun chairs

Main bar lacked atmosphere. Breakfasts were a disappointment. As long as you liked scrambled egg for 7 days! I think an American would not have agreed with the description supposedly breakfast being American. Lacked range and choice of cereals, bread/toast /conserves/pastries, fruit/yogurts., juices. Eat dinner in hotel until served an awful grizzly steak, supposedly a rib eye but the New Yorker steak was fantastic and great value.

Good place to stay for either relaxing next to the pool, or explore the rest of the peninsula

Very attentive staff at the hotel entrance blocking off parking spots with cones to ensure availability for guests. Friendly staff. Good on-site restaurant & bar. The bullding actually looks better than on the photo's on Booking.

Strict rules for the pool area were hardly enforced by the "lifeguard", resulting in kids running around, and jumping in the pool too close to people sunbathing or reading. Music in the pool area at times too loud. Surprised that very few of the staff members spoke anythng but Spanish.

Fantastic location, and a very good restaurant which opens later than most in Chitré. Great for work events or family vacations with lots to do in the surrounding towns.

Nice overnight hotel while you are on route.

Mainly the location. Easy to find.

The noise around the swimming pool of extremely loud music. Luckily that stopped at 18:00 hours.
